Where's my order and how do I track my order?
In most cases, orders are shipped once a week, Delays may be caused by Special Events or Holidays.
Transit times may vary, but most orders ground shipped within Australia will arrive within 2-8 business days. Any order outside of Australia may take an extra 1-3 weeks to arrive due to customs and carry-over delays.
I don't have a credit card. Do you guys accept any other forms of payment?
We accept PayPal as a valid form of payment. (Please note that NON-instant Pay Pal payments may take 2-7 days to clear). Also, we accept cheque or money order.

I accidently entered the wrong shipping address how do I change it?
Don’t panic! Simply contact us with your order ID number and correct shipping address/size/style as soon as possible. We will do all that we can to reach your package before it is shipped. If your package has already been shipped, there is still a chance we will be able to correct the address before delivery. If we are not able to change the size/style before it is shipped, you will have to follow the Return/Exchange form located

How can I make a return or exchange and what is your return policy?
You must follow the return or exchange form located below. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days of the ship to date. Please review our web site for style and size availability. You must include $11.95 for all exchanges within Australia and $15.00 for all International exchanges. If we send the wrong style or size, you will not have to pay any additional funds. All clothing returns/exchanges must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and odor-free. You will be notified via email once your return has shipped or once you have been refunded. If you are requesting an exchange and would like your new order shipped to an address other than your original shipping address, please include that information in the "comments" section located on the bottom of the return/exchange form. We are constantly growing, If you are looking to stock Horeur clothing, please contact us directly at contact@horeur.com, however at this time, Horeur is only available online at the moment. Please keep checking back though! Who knows how long it will be till you see horeur on the streets.
